Every year, almost 700 attorneys in Hennepin County volunteer their time to assist a client in poverty. They are the unsung heroes of legal services in this county. But we know that not everyone can volunteer every year.

Now, for those who wish to support VLN's work in other ways besides (or in addition to) volunteering, VLN has an exciting new way to support equal justice for all. By becoming a Member of VLN, you can support a long tradition of connecting volunteer attorneys with low-income clients who need legal help protecting basic necessities such as housing, sustenance, and child custody/visitation.

Your membership will allow VLN to continue providing the high level of support to its volunteers that sets VLN apart, including: cases that are adequately screened before placement; connecting clients with attorneys in various areas of law; the right materials to most effectively represent clients; and the trainings necessary to stay current in the poverty law area.

* Associate Member ($50): VLN coffee mug

* Partner Member ($100): VLN coffee mug and one free admission to the CLE of your choice

* Senior Partner Member ($150): One VLN coffee mug and two free admissions to the CLE of your choice; annual recognition in the Hennepin Lawyer; discounted subscription to the Minnesota Lawyer
